Provider Departure
Please be advised that Dr. Vassilis “Billy” Dimas, MD will be leaving JPS Health Network on May 20th, 2026.
Your care remains important to us. You have several options for continuing your medical care:
- Continue care within our practice: You may schedule with another qualified provider at JPS Cardiology Clinic. Please speak with our front desk or call 817-702-6926 for assistance.
- Transfer to a provider of your choice: Upon your written authorization, we will provide a copy of your medical records to the provider you select.
- Continue care with Dr. Vassilis “Billy” Dimas: If you wish to follow Dr. Dimas you may contact their new practice at:

Medical Records
You have the right to access your medical records. To request a copy or have records sent to another provider, please complete a records authorization form available at the front desk or at www.jpshealthnet.org/patient-tools/patient-records.
Requests may also be submitted by phone at 817-702-1013 or by fax to 817-702-5700. Processing times and any applicable fees will comply with Texas law.
Medication Refills and Ongoing Care
If you need prescription refills or assistance with ongoing treatment, please contact our office prior to Dr. Dimas’s departure to avoid any interruption in care.
Emergency Care
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
