As Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Hochberg has accountability for the management, governance, budget, execution, and direction of the JPS Health Network’s Clinical and Physician Enterprise with oversight over all service line and departmental providers and leaders, Network Quality, Patient Safety and Regulatory Affairs, Network Academic Affairs and Research, Network Office of Medical Staff Affairs, Network Case Management/Care Transitions, and Acclaim.
Additionally Dr. Hochberg’s duties include forming and growing vertically integrated service lines, developing population health and value-based care initiatives, care delivery models, expanding Network analytics capabilities, and identifying and reducing clinical variation and vulnerabilities. Globally, Dr. Hochberg is tasked with Network clinical coordination, effectiveness, and alignment.
Dr. Hochberg is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the TCU-UNTHSC School of Medicine, received his medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Science – State University of New York at Buffalo, performed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Jacobi/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY, where he was also served as Chief Resident, and holds a MBA from the Isenberg School of Management – UMASS Amherst.
Dianna Prachyl, MS
Chief Operating Officer, Acclaim Physician Group
Dianna Prachyl, Chief Operation Officer of Acclaim, has been with JPS Health Network since 2011. She is responsible for the business operations, strategic direction and growth of Acclaim Physician Group. Prior to Acclaim, Ms. Prachyl worked 20 years as a leader in outpatient operations at both Children’s Health Dallas and JPS Health Network. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in dental hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry (Dallas) where her graduate focus was in healthcare administration.
Larry Thompson is a 1974 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1976. He has practiced law for 41 years, primarily in Fort Worth, Texas. He worked in private practice and for the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney. Larry has represented the Tarrant County Hospital District in various capacities since 2004. He became General Counsel of Acclaim Physician Group, Inc. in March, 2018.
