Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing complex clerical/secretarial duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, business office functions (typing, filing, correspondence, time and attendance records, forms preparation and processing, record keeping and ordering office supplies), maintains a Divisional Policy and Procedure Manual, schedule meetings and appointments, maintains calendars, arrange meetings, conferences and perform meeting management functions (prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes). Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, 2 plus years of experience an in office and/or clinic in a healthcare setting.

Department: Acclaim Revenue Cycle

Description:  The Certified Coder I performs functions of coding diagnosis and procedures from outpatient center/clinic records utilizing International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes. Assigns codes to diagnosis and procedures of outpatient records, including clinics, Urgent Care and Emergency room, utilizing ICD and CPT codes in accordance with ICD Coding Guidelines, CPT Coding Guidelines, American Hospital Association (AHA) Coding Clinics and the JPS Outpatient Coding Policy and Procedures.  Identifies, researches, and corrects or routes accounts on the coding and billing edit work queues to meet coding guidelines and facilitate accurate billing. Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Required licensure includes one of the following: AHIMA, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCA, AAPC, CPC, or CPC-H.

Department: Acclaim Klabzuba OB/GYN Clinic

Description: The Certified Medical Assistant performs various clinical and technical duties and tasks which includes assisting with direct and indirect treatment of OB/GYN patients. Assists in preparing and maintaining clinic readiness including but not limited to chart checks, maintaining neat, orderly, and supplied exam rooms and sets up for procedures as indicated. Assists with appointment scheduling, retrieving and documenting voice mail information from patients accurately in the patient's medical record and forwarding information and records to the appropriate practitioner, nursing staff, and/or manager/director in a timely manner. Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and completion of a Medical Assistant Program. Required licensure includes current certification from a national registry as a Certified Medical Assistant.

Description:  The Medical Staff Coordinator coordinates all aspects of the credentialing process to the established department policies and procedures.   Coordinates all aspects of the credentialing and privileging process for medical staff pre-screening, initial appointment, Advanced Practice Practitioner, reappointment, and temporary privileging by obtaining all required data for each applicant within the defined timelines. Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in health care setting.

Description:  The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for researching, identifying and properly reapplies cash from unidentified cash accounts to patient accounts or escheatment account. Researches and respond to incoming patient inquiry by telephone and or by mail within 48 hours of requests. Documents all actions taken on accounts in the system; Maintains and reconcile Medicare remit logs to provide accurate totals to the Reimbursement Department regarding allowed charges. Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Description:  The Reporting Analyst assists with expanding the District's business intelligence (BI) and knowledge management using Microsoft's suite of tools or other third party BI tools.  This job is heavily involved in the overall technical design and support activities in Knowledge Management.  The Reporting Analyst also works to automate scorecards and dashboards and to ensure their deployment to a reporting portal. Develops, implements and maintains front-end presentation (dashboards), automated report solutions and other BI solutions to support tactical and strategic reporting needs of the District. Manages projects, tasks and timelines ensuring that required approvals are obtained prior to work commencing. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university, 2 plus years in SQL Service 2005/2008, advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Description:  The Service Line Administrator is responsible for developing effective strategies and identifying, implementing, and executing tactics to result in a patient and family centered service line. The Service Line Administrator will work in a dyad partnership with the assigned Service Line Medical Director to encompass the full continuum of care starting with hospital consult services, followed by addressing outpatient and community services. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Health Services, Nursing, Public Health, assigned service line or related field, 3 plus years management experience in health care environment, 5 years overall management experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Description:  The Senior Billing Collections Representative is responsible for billing, collections and reconciliation of all insurance claims. Monitors recurring rejected claims to management for evaluation of impact on the timely filing of claims. Reviews claims for accuracy, performs required edits, submits claims and/or rebills to payers daily to ensure timelines of claim submission. Researches and responds to incoming patient, payer, physicians and or representative inquiry by telephone and/or mail. Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, 1 plus year of Medical Billing/Collector experience.
